How do I send a notification?
To send a notification, click on the Send Notifications link in the top menu. Once clicked, it should default to Notify Mode. Select the mailboxes for which mail have been received, and click on the notify button.

How do I add a mailbox user to a mailbox?
From the Send Notifications option in the top menu, choose Edit Mailbox Details. You may select a mailbox and click on Edit Mailbox. Alternatively, you can double-click on a mailbox. You will be presented with a pop up window asking for a Box number and Barcode. Begin by entering the box information and barcode number (if used), and choose Add Customer. Proceed by entering the customer's details and click Update.

A user no longer has a mailbox service. How do I delete the mailbox user?
From the Send Notifications option in the main menu, choose Edit Mailbox Details. Click on the Delete User button.

How do I change a customer's notification method?
There are two methods in accomplishing this task.

Method 1
In the main menu, click on Send Notifications, and then choose to Edit Mailbox Details. Click on the desired mailbox for which the notification method is to be changed and choose the edit mailbox button. Choose the new notification method and click the update button.

Method 2
In the main menu, click on Customer Management. Either enter the customer's mailbox number or name, and click Search. Once the results load, choose the right customer if there are more than one, given that a name search was done. Change the notification method and click the update button.

How do I use the bar code to send notifications?
Using the Send Notifications screen, there is a bar code input box above the mailbox layout. Place your cursor in that field, and scan the barcode of each mailbox for which mail has been received.

How does my scanner know which barcode type I am using?
The scanner only scans the barcode. In order for the application to understand which barcode you are using, you must set the barcode type from the Administration screen. To do this, click on Administrative Tasks and choose the Set Barcode Standard option. From the list of barcode standards, choose the standard or barcodes you are using.

How do I setup my mailbox grid?
From the Send Notifications screen, choose the Edit Grid Layout option. From there, start by entering the number of columns and rows based on your existing setup. Once this is entered, click on the Commit Changes button.

Will the application allow me to mirror the physical setup I currently have?
Choosing the Send Notifications option, click on Edit Grid Layout in order to setup your layout. Once you've added all your mailboxes, you can add extenders so that a mailbox which is twice or three times the size in your physical setup, will also be the same in the application. The Extender icon is located in the left side of the page. When satisfied with the layout, click on the Submit Layout button.
